Zeiss Victory V8 4.8-35×60

Zeiss Victory V8 is the biggest in its class. With its zoom from 4.8-35 it is a real game changer. It is really suitable for long range competition shooting and also for hunting. The 60mm objective lens really comes into play in low light conditions. It is also usable instead a spotting scope while hunting, where you need to identify the age or trophy of the hunted animal. It comes with the ASV Competition turret with 0,5mrad clicks(0,5cm/100m). And you have the chance to order it also with a sophisticated wind turret. Both turrets are lockable so really dependable also while carrying. The illuminated dot is the smallest on the market covering 0,55cm/100m at 12x magnification. This number is even lower when you go to higher magnifications.

This model comes with two reticles. One is the standard Zeiss 60 and the other is the Zeiss 43 Mil Dot reticle that is useful in competition shooting.

Reticle 43 illuminated specifications

At maximum magnification, the finest illuminated dot in the world features subtension of no more than 2 mm at 100 m. At 30x magnification, the characteristic dots on the reticle are exactly 10 cm apart at 100 m. Furthermore, information about the range to the target can be obtained because the angle between the dots is just 1 miliradian. This means that the distance between two dots mean 20 clicks of 0,5 mrads at any distance. Because only the dot is illuminated in the inner crosshairs, this reticle can also be optimally used deep into the twilight.
